This SE corner unit will delight you with its fabulous views of the ocean and Halifax River. The large balcony has plenty of room for the entire family and features a built-in Jenn Air grill. There is nothing better than grilling to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves. You'll also enjoy the large rooms, Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state-of-the-art fitness facilities! There is nothing else like Ocean Vistas on the beach. So if you want only the very best, this is the place for you.

This extra-large unit offers 2,550 square feet and another 350 on the balcony! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the unit is fitted to sleep 10. Additional bedding is provided by the master bedroom room queen sleeper couch and two twin-sized rollaway beds that can be rolled anywhere in the unit. These rollaway beds are commercial grade, 39 inches wide and 6 inches thick, with innerspring topped with memory foam mattresses, so they are very comfortable. Plus, free WiFi.

This and more await you at Ocean Vistas, located on the beach 1.5 miles south of the Main Street Pier and only 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, putting you close to all the action and far enough away to retreat to the serenity of the surf.

At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

About Carmen & Dennis I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen and I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nesters and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004. Carmen and Dennis purchased this condo in 2004. Why Carmen & Dennis chose Daytona Beach Ocean Walk is Daytona's finest oceanfront resort. It's at the center of all the activity in Daytona's tourist area. I really enjoy all the life and the amenities at Ocean Walk!
