Area Information

The Englewood, Florida, and Manasota Key area is located between Venice and Port Charlotte on the Gulf coast of southern Florida. The area has Golf courses for every golfer, all within about a 20-minute drive, some within 10 minutes drive. Lots of great restaurants on the Key and nearby with every type of culinary delight you can imagine. Minutes from the condo there are several jet skis, Kayak, stand-up boards, and pontoon boat rentals. If Para-sailing is your thing you can get a bird's eye view doing that there as well.
