Owner's Cancellation Policy: Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the following charges:
if cancelled 60 days prior to check in date (minus cancellation admin fee of US $200.00
If cancelled 30 days or more 49% will be returned (minus a $200 cancellation fee)
0% refund if under 30 days other than security deposit & cleaning fee
If cancellation is due to Covid 19 Virus, because of a travel ban from the Governor of Florida or your State / Country, I will be happy to move your dates up a year or more. Changed: 8-1-2021
No refunds will be given for hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered ( guest assume the risk) Any Cancellation will also incur a $200.00 administration fee.
We reserve the right to cancel the vacation and return any money paid.
We HIGHLY suggest you take out Travel Insurance just in case something comes up, then you are covered for any reason. Again no refunds will be given for last minute cancelations.
