Lovely 1 bedroom located near La Tour aubourg. The apartment is on the ground floor. The small corridor connects you to the living room with a windows overlooking a quiet courtyard. Livingroom is equipped with a sofabed, seating area and dining table for 4 and writing table. The kitchen is not fully open with the open wall access and it’s equipped with cooking stoves, microwave, air extractor, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large dressing wall. The bathroom offers a cabin shower, toilets and sink, and a towel dryer. Linen for bed and bathroom is furnished and the flat is equipped with Wifi and internet TV. All the necessary to feel home instantly.

Area Description

Perfect location in the quiet but beautiful 7th district, in between trendy cultural Saint Germain area, Invalides and touristic Champs de Mars/Eiffel Tower. Lots of main Parisian points of interests reachable within short walking distance.
