Brand new renovated studio of 21 m² (226 Sq Ft), located halfway between Vaugirard and Convention, on the 3rd floor with lift of a nice Art Deco style building. It comprises of a bright living room with large window, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The comfortable convertible sofa-bed is suitable for 2 persons, the built-in closets give enough space to store your clothes. A lot of charm with its hardwood floor and white and grey decoration.
Recently renewed, all the equipment and furniture are in very good condition.

Area Description

Nice residential but lively and safe area, very well connected to the center. The Métro line 12 leads to Place de la Concorde in barely 15 minutes.
Restaurant/bar/shop/convenient store all around. Métro Convention e Métro Vaugirard at 150m away each.
