Charming small studio located right in the heart of Marais. On the 5th floor (no lift) of a beautiful XVII century building, the flat has a convertible sofa-bed-double, a table with chairs, a small cupboard, shelves. The open kitchen with a stove, kettle, etc. Shower room with wc. Wooden floor, visible beams, mansard roof give the flat a unique charm, very quiet although located in the center of a very lively area.

Excellent location, in the very heart of the historical Marais, halfway between Hotel de Ville and Place des Vosges. right in front of Métro station Saint Paul (M1). Hotel de Ville, Notre-Dame, Place des Vosges, Bastille and Seine River are within walking distance.
