Charming apartment located right in the heart of Marais. On the 4th floor (no lift) of a beautiful XVII century building, the flat comprises of the main living room with convertible sofa-bed for 2 persons, a table with chairs, Tv, cupboard, shelves. The open kitchen is fully fitted, with dishwasher, stove, kettle etc. Shower room with wc. The double bed lies on the mezzanine, which is easily reachable thank to a wooden stair and offers much storage space. Terracotta floor, visible beams, mansard roof give the flat a unique charm, well mixed with modern features. The flat overlooks an inner courtyard, it is therefore very quiet although located in the center of a very lively area.

Excellent location, in the very heart of the historical Marais, halfway between Hotel de Ville and Place des Vosges. right in front of Métro station Saint Paul (M1). Hotel de Ville, Notre-Dame, Place des Vosges, Bastille and Seine River are within walking distance.
