Lovely cozy nest perfectly located in between Champs de Mars/Eiffel Tower and Invalides, near the famous lively Rue Cler with its village atmosphere.
The studio flat located off 23 Sqm on the 4th floor by the stairs has a lot of charm with its 2 windows with southern exposure letting lots of light in and the special typical Parisian character of the hardwood floor and visible beams Harwood floor and visible beams. The layout is convenient, with large living room equipped with a convertible sofabed sleeping two, large cupboard, dining area with table for 4, kitchen corner and bathroom with shower cabin and toilets. All the main equipment, linen, and kitchenware will enable the guest to feel home immediately and enjoy the quietness of the flat while being in a lively area.
Location is perfect, with within less than 10 minutes walking distance Champs de Mars/Eiffel Tower, Invalides, banks of Seine River, Quai Branly Museum … Transports are easy, with metro station Tour Maubourg or Ecole Militaire at about 400 to 500m. Taxi station + free service bikes.
