In a highly sought-after environment between Arc de Triomphe and Place des Etats Unis, beautiful 55m2 apartment in excellent condition, offering beautiful perspectives and optimized spaces. You will appreciate its stay with corner dining and sofa bed to receive occasional, giving a view on the Parisian roofs. It has a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed, opening onto a small terrace that can accommodate a small table and 2 chairs, allowing a beautiful view unobstructed view of the Parisian monuments of the Left Bank.
