About Grant/Linda The Paradise Estate Pool & Spa is close to the strip with great Strip and Mountains views. Family owned private estate. Plenty of parking for corporate events, sports teams, NFR, retreats, reunions. Lots of space and handicapped accessible. Putting green, custom pool with waterfall, 6 person hot tub, ping pong, pool table, poker table, grand room for meetings/gatherings. Owner is a Shriner and contributes with each booking to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children. Grant/Linda purchased this Estate in 2004 Why Grant/Linda chose Spring Valley Great Location to get around town and anywhere on the strip. 3 Minutes to the Mandalay Bay or Orleans. 12 Minutes to Airport and 1 mile from the 215 for easy travel to sites around town. 10 plus Bedrooms & 5 1/2 bath.
