Plenty of parking for corporate events, sports teams, NFR, retreats, reunions. Lots of space and handicapped accessible. Putting green, custom pool with waterfall, 6 person hot tub, ping pong, pool table, poker table, grand room for meetings/gatherings. Owner is a Shriner and contributes with each booking to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children. Grant/Linda purchased this Estate in 2004 Why Grant/Linda chose Spring Valley Great Location to get around town and anywhere on the strip. 3 Minutes to the Mandalay Bay or Orleans. 12 Minutes to Airport and 1 mile from the 215 for easy travel to sites around town. 10 plus Bedrooms & 5 1/2 bath. Sleeps up to 26-28... (Standard occupancy: 20) Ideal for family reunions, corporate events, small weddings, sports teams and non-profit organizations. We support the Shriner's Hospitals for Children with each of our bookings.
