Creating a disturbance of the above nature can be grounds for immediate termination and Guests shall then immediately vacate the premises. City QUITE HOURES are 9:00pm to 8 AM so please turn down night time TV, No Music.

This home is our home we want you to be comfortable as you would be in your home alone with caring for furnishings as its your Own.

People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

THE HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR VALUABLES OF THE GUESTS. House keeping: There is no daily housekeeping services. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

In consideration of our neighbors, no parties or group gatherings other than registered Guests shall occur on or near property.
