Plenty of parking for corporate events, sports teams, NFR, retreats, reunions. Lots of space and handicapped accessible. Owner is a Shriner and contributes with each booking to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children. Grant/Linda purchased this Estate in 2004 Why Grant/Linda chose Spring Valley Great Location to get around town and anywhere on the strip. 3 Minutes to the Mandalay Bay or Orleans. 12 Minutes to Airport and 1 mile from the 215 for easy travel to sites around town. 10 plus Bedrooms & 5 1/2 bath. Sleeps up to 26-28... (Standard occupancy: 20) Ideal for family reunions, corporate events, small weddings, sports teams and non-profit organizations.
