This ideal location is only 2 short blocks to the white sand beach of Seaside Park. Also a short walk from the Amusement Pier in nearby Seaside Heights, yet far enough to
have quiet nights and peaceful walks on the beach!

Have your morning coffee on your large private deck, just watching the sun rise from the ocean side, or the sunset over the bay in the evening. And during the evening, enjoy
outdoor deck dining and the brand new private propane grill. Plenty of seating in the private fenced yard. And when you come home from the beach, rinse off the sand at our private outside wash station and stretch out in the spacious living room of our updated property,enjoying central AC, 3 Smart TV’s, stereo and a full-size laundry.

Experience the luxury of ample rooms to spread out in this spacious, bright, and updated home. You will have plenty of room to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable
memories with family and friends. Our extra-large Kitchen is great for those nights you just want to stay in for a good, home-cooked dinner, with all new appliances.

At night, from the Master Bedroom, open the windows and let the sounds of the surf carry you off to sleep, on our brand new mattresses (in all bedrooms)!

With our 3-vehicle on-site private parking, your only worries will be whether to walk to the beach or the bay! The Bakery, Ice Cream Shop, and 7 Eleven are all in walking distance from your stay as well, for those needed conveniences (or treats)!

For May, June and September, we only accept a 3-night minimum.
For July and August, we only accept weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday

No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

You will have 3 off-street parking spots, and street parking is free on the side streets.

All TVs are Smart TVs and enable you to log in for your preferred streaming services.
Onsite internet service is provided as well.

Guests will have access to the first-floor of this building. While it is technically the first
floor, the house is elevated, so a flight of stairs is required to access. Please consider this before making a reservation.

Please note, Smoking is prohibited in the unit

The minimum age to book is 21 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be
removed without refund.

Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside park. If this is the case, an additional fee of $100 per hour will apply.
