24 Audubon Pond - Beautiful marsh views provide a stunning setting with plenty of outdoor living space including a screen porch. This house is a tranquil oasis within walking distance of the beach and also a short bike ride to South Beach Marina Village. The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a spacious living and dining area and a kitchen with breakfast room. There is a master bedroom with master bath suite with two vanities and walk in shower. The other two bedrooms each have adjoining bathrooms and one has a queen bed and one has two twins. There is also a loft that has has a queen futon sofa and is perfect for reading or using as an office to work remotely. The separate mother in law suite has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and spacious sitting area.

The back yard field is a wonderful place to play games. The home has badminton, croquet and bocci sets as well as yard golf flags to set up a chipping course or a par 3 hole.

• 3 minute bike ride or a 10 minute walk to the beach
• Beach access – turn right onto South Sea Pines Drive, then turn left onto Sprunt Pond Road and follow to beach path
