The living area is equipped with a large flat panel TV and allows access to your private deck. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy lagoon views while sipping on your morning coffee! Adjacent to the living area is the large kitchen and dining area that seats up to 6. The master suite with queen bedding and en-suite bath is also located on the first floor. The second floor has a den outfitted with queen size sofa bed and a large flat screen TV. Next to the den is the twin bedroom with flat panel TV. The twin bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. At the end of the hall is a queen suite with large en-suite bath and flat panel TV. This home’s layout and convenient location make for a stress-free vacation.

This home is just a short walk from the lovely community pool. The pool area has 3 large gas grills and a covered seating area. While the kids enjoy swimming, the adults can relax around the pool in the comfortable chaise lounges or grill burgers for the whole family! If the family wants to spend the day at the beach, take the Sea Pines Trolley right to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Conveniently located next to the trolley stop and beautiful bikes paths, this home has everything you need for the perfect vacation.
