This 6500 square foot, 4th row Mooring Buoy home is incredible. It sits on an 11-mile lagoon with a private dock and beach walkway across the street. The patio off the back of this amazing island oasis steps down to a gorgeous spa and pool, overlooking the dock and beautiful Palmetto Dunes lagoon system. Feel free to throw in a kayak or canoe. The main floor hosts two living spaces, a dining area, and a large eat-in chef’s kitchen with an over sized Butler's Pantry with extra refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The first of 2 laundry rooms is also on this level. Soaring windows and vaulted ceilings grace this Mooring Buoy homes’ gathering and dining areas. Every bedroom has a private bath, designed for comfort and convenience. An understated island vibe flows through out this wonderful oasis. Founded in 1988, The Vacation Company is a short-term vacation rental and property management firm. We manage over 300 quality villas and custom homes located in the resort areas of Hilton Head Island including Sea Pines, Forest Beach, Palmetto Dunes, and Harbour Town. Bob Hawkins and Beth Henzler are long-time Hilton Head Island residents who head a staff of twenty reservationists, property managers, IT specialists, and marketing personnel dedicated to revenue generation and property care.
