In addition to its premium location, this well-appointed villa offers all the comforts of home. The homeowners upgraded all of the furnishings and renovated the kitchen to include granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and has a private balcony with views of the brand new Harbour Town Clubhouse. The perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee! The renovated master bathroom includes a granite vanity and a large walk-in tiled shower. Note the villa does not have its own washer and dryer but there is a laundry facility on each floor at Cutter Court with coin operated washer and dryer.

Just steps away from Harbour Town with its famed lighthouse and marina, you will find shopping, restaurants, outdoor entertainment, as well as many water sports. Your dining experience can range from ice cream to exceptional dining and are all within walking distance. You can walk to your tee time at The Harbour Town Golf Links which is home to the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament each April. Also located in Sea Pines are the Ocean Course and Heron Pointe golf course. Biking and walking trails abound throughout Sea Pines Plantation.
