You cannot beat the location in South Forest Beach of this newly renovated 1,296 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa at # 24 Ocean Club. The Ocean Club complex is located on the beach front of South Forest Beach; the property boasts a large on-site pool that is heated seasonally & the beach is only steps away. Despite being quiet & private, the complex is also only a third of a mile from Coligny Plaza with its many restaurants, shops & boutiques.

This villa has been completely renovated from top to bottom including new flooring, carpeting & lighting. Additional upgrades include new kitchen counter tops & appliances. All furniture is brand new. Immediately off the living area is a paver block patio with a gas grill & outside dining seating for six. The ground floor living area also has a ½ bath for convenience.

The 2nd floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, a 42” high definition/smart TV & a private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds & is located adjacent to a full bathroom. In addition to your bed & bath linens, the villa also offers beach towels.
