Staff
Morning housekeeping included for 3 hours daily (except Sunday) - Final cleaning included - Gardener and pool maintenance included. Excellent cook available.

Exclusions
Pool heating can be arranged at €1,750 per week (weekly pool heating to be paid in advance, as it is discounted from daily rate)) - Extra housekeeping service on request: €15 per hour/ per staff member (Mon-Sat) €25 per hour/per staff member (Sun & holidays) - Personal laundry & ironing service on request: €15 per hour/per staff member - Cook service on request: €15 per hour for the cook and €15 for the assistant (cost of food extra and Beverages extra) - House heating at Refundable security deposit: 2000 Euro, to be refunded within 7 days of departure, to be paid to our office with final payment. Telephone charges extra - Check-in between 4pm-6:30pm. Check-out between 7am-10am. Different check-in/check-out times are subject to €25 fee/per hour - All extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged. If extra services are required, 1000 Euro against costs must be given to housekeeper upon arrival. - The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager. Concierge service available . Concierge will come and check in and remain available during daytime hours(cost of $400 per week, if required)
