The villa’s original rural architecture is perfectly preserved, and completed with state-of-the-art modern facilities. The whole property offers superb views of the surrounding verdant hillside, dotted by quaint towns and parish churches.

Attentively restored by the owner, an accomplished Italian interior designer, the villa shows personality, understated elegance and authentic rustic beauty in each detail, from the ancient stone kitchen counter to the cozy colorful rugs and warm furnishings. The property boasts a gorgeous 12x6 meter swimming pool (boiler-heated), conveniently equipped with a covered picnic area, charming straw changing hut and fridge; the pool is splendidly positioned and offers spellbinding views of the famed Val d’Orcia landscape. An exquisite outdoor vine-sheltered paved terrace, with built-in barbecue, seats up to 16 guests for dreamy sunset drinks, sun-kissed lunches and memorable dinners parties.

Basic supplies are always available for free, such as mineral water, spices vinegars, coffee, napkins, toile paper, soap, candles, olive oil, produce from vegetable garden, jams, honey, etc. Great cook available.
