This is a house for multiple families; multi generational family gatherings and large families. We are NOT a house for parties, bachelor parties; large groups of partying men or women. Noise and partying groups will lose their deposit and risk fines from the police. This is a quiet residential neighborhood that is monitored but he local law enforcement.

WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS AT ALL and there is NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Any smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will forfeit entire refundable deposit. Please make sure all of your guests know.

Featuring six bedrooms, “Carolina Elegance” has bedding for up to 16 people. To accommodate the perfect beach vacation for such a big group, “Carolina Elegance” features a fantastic sport's bottom swimming pool, two living rooms, wrap-around decks, and seven flat-screen televisions. Pool can be heated for a few. It must be heated for all nights.

Best of all, “Carolina Elegance” is only a few houses away from the beach and offers many sitting areas and amenities for your trip.

There have been many upgrades completed at “Carolina Elegance” including new furnishings, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and many new furniture pieces.

The first floor of “Carolina Elegance” features three bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to a full bath.m and there are two Queen beds and one King on the first floor.

The second floor features three more bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have king beds with private baths. The 3rd room has a two QUEEN BUNK BEDS (this room sleeps 8) and a sitting area, table, private deck, and a bring your own video console to use in the video game room and a private bathroom. The balance of the second floor includes the laundry room, living area and a spacious covered deck with plenty of seating.

We have two homes on the Isle of Palms, this six-bedroom that sleeps 16 and one in Wild Dunes that has four bedrooms and sleeps 12. Both have private pools, short walk to the beach, gourmet kitchen, WIFI, flat-screen TVs in all rooms and decorated beautifully. Reunions, girls’ weekends, golf trips, family vacations — Carolina Elegance is the ideal home base for reliving old memories and creating new ones.

Carolina Elegance sits at the end of Isle of Palms, where traffic is light, and your surroundings are peaceful. Walk just three minutes to the beach, and several of my favorite restaurants are just a walk or golf cart away. You can reach one of the South's most elegant and historic cities — Charleston — after only 30 scenic minutes by car.

With five outdoor decks, a video game room, electric air hockey table and a Swimming pool that can be heated for a fee, you'll find no shortage of places to gather.

But our gourmet kitchen is indeed the heart of this home.

Because my husband is a chef, you'll find everything you need to prepare even the most elaborate recipes for your favorite people.

A TOUCH OF NAPA IN CAROLINA

Travel the world without leaving Isle of Palms – Carolina Elegance brings together Tuscany, Napa, and Charleston in one place.

The home reflects our love for Tuscany in the pictures, art, pottery and décor colors. Napa is also near and dear to our hearts, and when you arrive, you can pop open the welcome bottle of wine from my own private Napa label, Hunt McKay.

DOWNSTAIRS

Downstairs you'll find a private home theater: the living room offers a massive 62” flat-screen TV for movie nights and plenty of seating.

Craft elegant meals in our fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen, with plenty of cookware and serving ware (including, of course, a collection of lovely wine glasses) plus plastic dishes for the kids. There is also a cabinet FULL of high-quality unbreakable plates and drinkware to use by the pool.

All you need to bring is clothing and groceries.

Outside, two gas grills and a Weber charcoal grill

Sit down to good conversation and a good meal around the 6-person dining table by the pool or the dining room table for 16 off the kitchen.

No need to blow up the air mattress — six bedrooms sleep up to 22 people comfortably in beds that are all kings and queens.

The downstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Put guests up in the two downstairs guest bedrooms that have queen beds and private bathrooms.

In the upstairs living room, host a board game night or spend time flipping through the channels on the flat-screen TV

Three guest bedrooms upstairs two with king beds. Kids love the huge 6th bedroom, where they can have their slumber party in three queen bunk beds.

Downtown Charleston is just a 30-minute drive away, bustling with historic sites, delicious restaurants, and unique shops. History buffs will love visiting Fort Moultrie, Fort Sumter, the USS Yorktown, and the Citadel.
