This charming property is unique has two separate entrance doors and was previously a duplex offering 3 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down. The interior has been modified and access is open to both floors.

Relax in two living rooms and an upper level dining room that seats 8 comfortably. The upstairs living room features a 65” Samsung Smart television with cable and Wi-Fi. The downstairs living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and a 55' TV with ROKU capability. There is plenty of seating on the decks and around the pool for your rental party to sit and relax. The cabana bathroom with access from the lower level deck and pool also contains a full size washer and dryer, laundry sink, stall toilet and stall shower. The property has a well stocked full size kitchen, one on the upper level and a smaller kitchen that has perfect access to the inground pool area. The upper floor's 3 bedrooms contain a king size bed with TV and Roku, a queen size bed with TV and Roku, and the third bedroom that has a full/twin bunk and additional twin bed respectively. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed with TV and Roku and the other a full/twin bunk and additional twin bed. The screened in porch has a table and 4 chairs and a cozy 4 piece conversation set. The lower deck has a seating for 6 around a coffee table as dinner can be prepped on the Weber Grill. Relax on the upper level deck table with umbrella or lie on the chaise lounges and enjoy your favorite beverage taking in the beautiful waterside views while enjoying the picture perfect sunsets and evening ocean breezes.

Palmetto Sunset is located a 5-minute walk to the beach access. The island grocery store, and many beach side restaurants and shops are a ½ mile away. The IOP Connector allows for easy on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only ten minutes from beautiful Mount Pleasant and 17 minutes to the downtown seaport of historic Charleston. Charleston International Airport is about a 30 minute drive. No smoking please. The owner allows one dog per rental with a pet deposit required. All pets must be approved by rental company prior to booking.

Note: This house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the Summer months. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS). A ring door bell camera is installed at the front door on the property for additional security.
