Charleston single-style home just blocks from the beach! This elevated home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The main floor has one bedroom, as well as an open kitchen and living room area with dining for eight. The living room has a large mounted TV with Xfinity cable. The downstairs bedroom has a half bathroom which also has hall access. There is a mounted TV in the downstairs bedroom with a Chromecast.

The second floor features the master bedroom, with its own bathroom, including a spacious shower and jacuzzi tub and a mounted TV with a Chromecast. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two remaining bedrooms upstairs, the front room has a queen bed with a mounted TV and Chromecast. There are three stories of back porch among the live oaks. There is a grill just off the living area for easy grilling access.

This home has quick access on and off the island, seven minute walk to the beach via 21st or 23rd Ave access points, nine minute walk to grocery store and restaurants, and close to IOP Rec Center and Marina. 19 22nd Ave features all hardwood floors on the first level, and in the upstairs hallway, carpet in all bedrooms, tile in all baths.
