Welcome to Bliss 2 on Folly Beach! This fantastic oceanfront home has been remodeled and beautifully staged by a local interior designer. Home boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, roof top deck, private beach access, and on half of the perfect venue for your wedding or event. Beach has been newly re-nourished in front of this home, so there is plenty of sand at all times for building sand castles and taking long walks looking for shells. Home shares over-sized middle yard with private neighboring, street side home.

The first floor includes three of the 4 bedrooms, all with king beds. Two of the rooms include ocean-facing windows and all three have flat-screen TV's. The two rooms on the east side of the home share a full Jack-n-Jill bath while the west side bedroom has an attached full bath. Quaint living area on the 1st floor includes wet bar for entertainment, flat-screen TV, access to beach front porch, as well as a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

The second level features the beautiful dining area with a large farmhouse style table that provides the perfect area to dine with stunning sunset views over the Folly River. The living room has all new furniture and is the perfect spot for movie night or for watching the big game. Living area and kitchen provide open floor plan that flow together seamlessly, perfect to never be separated from the conversation. Kitchen includes a fully stocked kitchen, gas range, and all of the modern conveniences of home. Master bedroom on this second level has king bed, flat-screen TV, as well as his and her attached full baths.

The top, third level includes small wet-bar area with mini-fridge and access to the stunning, large roof top deck. The deck provides panoramic ocean-views stretching all the way to the Cooper River Bridge, Morris Island Lighthouse, and Sullivan's Island Lighthouse.

Bliss 2 includes washer/dryer, free WIFI, outdoor shower, and all of the amenities you would expect in a high end rental and the comfort of home while enjoying your time on Folly Beach. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive away to more sightseeing, history tours, and world-class shopping and restaurants.
