This completely renovated 4 bedroom 2 and 1 half bath home is only 175 yards from the beach. Well-furnished beach home with lots of charm, two Separate living areas plus a large screened porch. An amazing back yard oasis with new pool and hot tub await you! Pool can be heated for additional fee. Pets are allowed limit 1 pet per reservation. Additional non refundable fee of $150 plus tax per reservation up to 7 night stay. There is no elevator at this property.

The first floor features: large living area with 50 inch TV and blue ray player. Dining area with seating for 8. Well equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Separate den with large flat screen cable TV a relaxing sofa and adjoins the screened porch. Three bedrooms including Queen Bed, Full/Full bunk system and twin twin bedroom. There is a full bath on main floor plus a half bath off the den. Lots of space in the open living areas. Sleeper Sofa located in the first floor den.

The second floor features: Large master suite has a king size bed with vaulted ceilings and separate seating area. There is a cable TV in bedroom. An amazing loft adjoins the master suite with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, sofa and seating area and opens onto the second floor covered deck.

This house has an amazing saltwater pool and hot tub with plenty of deck space to enjoy those summer nights. The pool may be heated for an additional fee. The beach access is approx. 175 yards from the beach. Downtown Charleston is only 20 minutes' drive away and minutes from great shopping and dining.
