This beautiful farmhouse has 3 Bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa will sleep 2 - 8 guests comfortably. A large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living and family room, a large front porch, satellite TV and WIFI, a gas grill and a fire pit.

This 32 acre property adjoins Wayne National Forest with an additional 1000 acres to explore on the backside of the property. Better yet, it's only 5 miles from Nelsonville's and 8 miles from Lake Hope State Park in Zaleski State Forest. Lake Hope is perfect for hiking and mountain biking and the beautiful 120-acre Lake Hope has plenty of fishing, canoeing, kayaking, picnicking and swimming. Our guests will definitely want to visit Nelsonville's Historic Arts District with Stuart's Opera House, Hocking College and the Nelsonville Music Festival.

ATV enthusiasts are just minutes from the Dorr Run Trail Head with over 75 miles of designated trails for off-road vehicle riders, mountain bikers and hikers through the Wayne National Forest. Laurel Run is twenty minutes west of Athens and Ohio University and 20 minutes east of Old Man's Cave. It's perfect for parents and alumni visiting OU and perfect for a weekend visiting Ohio's famous Hocking Hills, named as one of Buzzfeed's stunning under-the-radar destinations to add to your bucket list.

Hocking Hills and all the beauty the State Parks have to offer is only a short 30 minute drive to Old Man's Cave, Conkle's Hollow, and RockHouse..
