Private Beach means reserved space for you on our private beach where you’re not having to get up at the crack of dawn to save a place on the beach. It’s saved for you, and not arm and arm chairs and not 2,3,and even 4 rows of umbrellas, even on holidays. Break away from your worries to enjoy all this lovely beach treasure has to offer. Sitting just one lot back from the beach on historic Tang-O-Mar road, 'My Margarita Time is a fully equipped four bedroom, five bath, piece of paradise in Miramar Beach area. If you need 5, 6, or 7th bedroom , you have the option to add to your reservation once you book. I don’t force you to rent what you don’t need. This can be arranged thru the owner, Derral, after booking. It runs approximately $775 per week per bedroom, plus $25 clean and tax.   With our huge 1200 sf Game/Rec Room at the pool level with the 5th full bath. Our home is a 4 bedroom, living room and den, and the ability to rent 3 additional bedroom and 3 baths, but rates posted are for 4 bedroom. It has 5 baths in which one bath in the recreation room. If you don’t rent the extra room, no they are not rented to other guest. They are just locked out.Featuring all solid pine wood floors on the main floor. All new stainless appliances, granite, subway tile and fully equipped kitchen and a huge front deck overlooking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This house has it all! Enjoy the theme of 'Lay Back Beach' while A giant barracuda hang from the living room ceiling. You may also want to sip a cocktail and watch a sunset while sitting on one of the many colorful Adirondack chairs on the Front deck and actually view the beach and ocean and even the dolphins swimming. This is not a house where you think you see the ocean, you enjoy the sunsets in the ocean and a real ocean/beach view, even from the bbq grille and for sure from the porch and living room. Very rare. We added a putting green and corn hole game ( not shown in phots. NEW) for the entire family fun.   The house is only 75 steps from the ocean's beautiful white beaches. YES 2-Beach chairs/1-umbrella set up are furnished during March thru October and included in your price. This will save the area for you on the beach. Yes you can set your own tent beside or behind you beach set up. If you desire a change of pace from the sun and sand, feel free to enjoy the 'Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Mall' across Highway 98 and many of the areas finest restaurants just a short way away! Yes, My Margarita Time is located in a super low traffic subdivision. Just walk from the porch to the beach without the worry of overcrowded car traffic.
