Available for weekly & monthly rentals! Gorgeous executive pool and spa home in a golf course gated community. Book now—this one will go fast! Pet friendly! Features 3 bedrooms, a den, and a garage. Enjoy a heated pool and spa, BBQ grill, and open gas fire pit. The open kitchen boasts granite countertops, while the dining area offers mitered windows with a view of the pool. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV, as do all bedrooms and the lanai. The master bedroom features an adjustable Serta king bed, a massage chair, and sliders to the lanai. The master bath includes a separate soaking tub and shower, plus a huge walk-in closet. Twin beds are in the guest room, and an adjustable queen bed is in the other guest room. The guest bath also serves as a pool bath. The den area has a desk and a workout step machine. Guests have use of the garage for one car, plus plenty of space in the driveway. The laundry room is equipped with a high-end front-load washer and dryer. The golf course is public and features a Gordon Lewis–designed course; play is only $85. Alternatively, golf at the 18-hole executive course, The Links of Naples, just a mile away for only $25—with night golf available Wednesday through Saturday. Marco Island is only 10 minutes away, and shopping and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. Naples beaches and 5th Avenue are just over 15 minutes from this great location!
