Enjoy pristine sand bars on perfectly manicured sand.

Coastal Charmer features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing bunk rooms with private en-suite bath as well. Relax and entertain in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens and an additional ice makers. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and comes equipped with a a tanning deck, propane grill and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed WiFi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment! There is a Rinnai for instant hot water and multiple ice makers for all the summer drinks!

As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Custom Quartz counter tops throughout both kitchens and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 1080p smart TV in the living room, Game Room or one of the additional 8 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.

After a day of playing at the beach with your personalized daily beach service (includes 2 chairs\1 umbrella setup March 1-Oct 31), you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversize heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various colour modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub. The 2nd floor features 3 master king suites and 1 Queen Room with additional Queen bunks and private bathrooms, tiled showers with seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered beach view balconies with comfortable seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The 3rd floor features 1 King Suite the other Queen with additional Queen bunks and private bathrooms. There's also an amazing Game Room featuring a large smart TV, custom billiards table, a Foosball table, kitchenette full size fridge and click-clack that will sleep 2 more.
