Welcome to Sun and Sand!

This beautiful brand new build is located just steps from your own private beach access and inside a secure gated community.

There are 7 king master suites and 1 bunk room. All are equipped with  large flat-screen TVs and provided with fresh high thread count 100% cotton hypoallergenic linens. There are 2 exterior grand balconies and a heated salt water pool to enjoy!

Guests are in short walking distance to nearly everything the Destin area has to offer!

It is a 1 mile drive from the premier golf courses of Sandestin and a variety of world renowned courses in the area. 10 minutes from Destin's Harborwalk Village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities. There's bowling, movie theaters, shopping, water parks, putt putt, arcades and more all within a 5 mile radius.  Take your complimentary 6 seater golf cart to enjoy many options close by.
