Once you pass through the nautically inspired entrance, a bridge arches across the lovely lagoon leading you into Shipwatch.  Tucked just off Scenic Highway 98, Shipwatch provides vacationers with close walking proximity to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery and several dining options. The Destin Commons, golf courses of SanDestin, and the Destin airport are all just a few minutes drive. Both Old Destin and SanDestin are a stone’s throw away from this premier beachfront community.

Sea Glass has a premier placement right on the beautiful beach with six bedrooms and the ability to accommodate up to 16 guests. The interiors reflect refined elegance, delightful detailing and superlative flourishes. However the comfortable furnishings, spacious living areas, and light, bright look provide a wonderful laid-back ambiance. You enter the home on a slate tiled patio that has a refreshing pool and grill for creating a fun "Surf n Turf" meal. This leads to the main open living area that is decorated with a nautical and tropical theme. A long wraparound sand colored couch faces a wide stately fireplace (inoperable). This room opens into a sunroom with three walls of windows and four comfortable chairs where you may enjoy the sensational seascape. On the other side of the room is a dining table with eight intricately carved chairs that face double glass doors leading out to a columned covered sitting porch with stairs down to a lush lawn that is steps away from the sugar white sand beach. An open Gourmet Kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry and restaurant quality stainless steel appliances to create a family feast. An adjoining Breakfast Bar has seats for seven. A charming Guest Bedroom with a queen bed is on this level and close to the plunge pool patio.

Four additional Guest Bedrooms are on the next floor up, each of which is beautifully appointed and features a full individual bath en-suite. Another Sun Room and beautiful beachfront balcony are also on this level.

The spacious comfortably elegant Master Bedroom is on the third floor with a king size bed and a double-columned entrance to a wonderful sunny sitting room that leads out to a private beachside balcony. Its luxury bath has two separate vanities, a deep soaking tub and a long dressing table.

The top floor resembles an Observation Tower with a vaulted ceiling, a windowed living area for entertainment with a Wet Bar Kitchenette, full bathroom, and two dining tables seating eight. Glass doors lead to a rooftop deck offering amazing panoramic gulf views.

The wonderful private world of Shipwatch is tucked off Scenic Gulf Drive but in the heart of Miramar Beach placing it close to popular gulf front restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets and Silver Sands, which is the nation's largest discount designer outlet. The picturesque Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin are just minutes away. Both offer a wide array of fine dining establishments, lively bars, boutiques, seasonal festivities, free concerts and family amusements.
