About Terry Gaier We're from upstate NY, married for 30 yrs with two sons in grad schools. We love the ocean air and fell in love with our unit and the area from our very first visit. We try to use our unit as much as possible but we can’t be there all the time. We’d like to share this exhilarating retreat. Terry Gaier purchased this condo in 2003 Why Terry Gaier chose Ortona Park Oceanfront and warm weather. The Resort is clean, friendly and elegant. Daytona Speedway, Bike week spring and Fall and the only beach you can drive on and much more. What makes this condo unique Oceanfront, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, gym, sauna, restaurant and an outdoor fire pit. Step out to the pool area and just beyond is the beach. Walking distance to a large shopping center with family restaurants and variety of shops.
