Seven Palms is a 25 acre estate located on a rarely found pink sand beach and a tropical ocean. Seven Palms has just been extensively renovated including a new kitchen, new baths, and a new private beachfront infinity pool.

Walk through a spacious foyer and enter into an open living/dining room with ocean views. Pass through the sliding doors to a wrap-around patio overlooking a lush green lawn atop of the ocean. The main house features six bedrooms, four with king beds and two with queen beds. Each of the six bedrooms has its own bath. Four of the bedrooms have direct ocean views.

Seven Palms also has a brand new optional guest cottage which contains the 7th bedroom and a full bath, king bed, and a kitchenette. The cottage is optional and can be added to the rental for an additional charge of $1500 per week. If you don't need it, the cottage will be locked off and left empty. It will not be rented to anyone else.

Walk along the trails of the silver palm forest, rest out back on the patio overlooking the ocean, or take a stroll down the pristine pink sand beach. Just 100 paces from the estate is La Bougainvillea, a five-room luxury resort on an adjacent 30 acres, which has the same owner. Guests at Seven Palms have access to La Bougainvillea, including the spectacular beachfront infinity pool and the new La Bougainvillea Restaurant, featuring an outdoor bar & grill that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seven Palms Estate has 1200 feet of beachfront on a pristine, mile-long pink-sand beach. Awake to incredibly brilliant sunrises and fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the waves all while looking out at our warm turquoise waters. The property is located on one of Eleuthera’s most pristine and private beaches, with powdery pink sand and crystal-clear water. Coral reefs are nestled near the shoreline providing ample opportunity to view tropical fish or just enjoy a swim off the beach!

Amenities include air conditioning throughout, wifi internet, SONOS music player, charcoal grill, full kitchen, laundry room, safe, beach chairs, outdoor showers, and private pink sand beach. Amenities available but not included are in-room massage, room service, and housekeeping. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for rent for $20/day.

Other services: Car rental, spa services, private chef, office needs, grocery pre-stocking, tours, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle-board guide and lessons, musicians and bartenders can be provided upon request, subject to additional cost and availability.

The neighboring property, La Bougainvillea resort, is available for bookings along with Seven Palms to accommodate larger parties of up to 38, events, and weddings. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Governor’s Harbour, the main town on the island, is five minutes away by car. Visit the bay side for fresh fish and lobster every afternoon while chatting up with the local fisherman at the town dock. Governor’s Harbour is equipped with grocery stores, gas stations, two banks, ATM's, restaurants, liquor stores, medical clinic, library, bakery, and gift shops. Dotted along the road are historic homes dating back to the early 1800s. Friday nights in Governor’s Harbour features the Fish Fry, a street/beach party that brings together tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, this should not be missed!
