Located on site is Seven Palms, a 24 acre private oceanfront Estate home situated on the cliffs of a rolling silver palm forest overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Upon walking into the spacious foyer you will enter into a open living room and dining room with ocean views and sliders walking out to wrap around patios overlooking a lush green manicured lawn. The home features 2 king bedrooms and 4 queen bedrooms. Each of the six bedrooms has their own bathroom and a private deck or balcony. Four of the bedrooms have direct ocean views. Walk among the trails of the silver palm forest, rest out back on the huge patio overlooking the ocean, or stroll on your private beach.

Immediately to the rear is also the Seven Palms guest cottage featuring one bedroom and one bathroom, plus a kitchenette. The guest cottage is optional. It may be added to the reservation for $1500/week, which also pays for two additional guests.

Adjacent to these two villas is La Bougainvillea Resort and cafe. This is our luxurious 5 room boutique oceanfront hotel on 27 acres of impeccably landscaped grounds. Enter the resort and see our new dining room, with guest rooms branching both to the left and right. The dining room opens out into a stunning infinity edge pool overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic. Lounging or sharing a meal in the dining area and see ocean from every angle. Walk out to the expansive back porch and take a load off while relaxing in this pristine paradise, having a cocktail at our new La Bougainvillea bar constructed right alongside the pool, or ordering from our cafe, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and dine right outdoors under our beautifully decked cabanas! A complete transformation of this resort was completed in May of 2016. Every hotel room was completely remodeled with coral tile, new fixtures, window treatments, sinks, toilets, beds, no expense was spared! There are five rooms, 2 garden views, 1 with a king bed and 1 with two queen beds. There are three oceanfront rooms, all with king beds. Each ocean front room has tri-fold doors that provide an expansive open feel with fantastic ocean views. The estate sits on 1200 feet of pristine private pink-sand beach. La Bougainvillea Resort has an incredibly delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for your convenience.

The hotel rooms (but not the house) come with with housekeeping Monday through Friday. Other amenities include A/C and WiFi internet, ceiling fans, safe, and beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The house has Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, BBQ charcoal grill, and full kitchen.

There are several other houses and stand-alone bungalows on the property of La Bougainvillea if you need additional accommodations. The La Bougavillea resort's restaurant and bar remain open to the public, but the Seven Palms House will be completely private with it's own private pool, 24 acres of land, and 600 feet of beachfront.

Car rentals can be reserved in advance as can spa services, private office needs, private chef, grocery pre-stocking, tours, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboard rentals, guides and lessons on site and musicians and more, subject to additional cost and availability.
