We welcome you to stay at our family and business friendly vacation rental. If you are seeking a comfortable and spacious place to stay for pleasure or business near Pennsylvania's CENTER CITY EAST/Callowhil aka Loft District area, then this is it and we hope you choose to stay with us.

We are a .6 mi or 7 block walk to the PA Convention Center,

2 blocks from Union Transfer and the Franklin Musc Hall,

Near great local restaurants, bars, and Olde City historical area.

There is FREE street parking available.

Washer/Dryer on-site. Excellent & convenient location! Easy 6 block walk to PA Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market , Market East Station, Chinatown, & Center City. Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and we have a Queen sized air mattress available in each unit. Sleeps 6-8 people easily! (10 max)

Our place is close to Pennsylvania Convention Center - Philadelphia, Chinatown, and historical sites. You’ll love our place because of our great location. It's great for business or pleasure, convenient to all major attractions, restaurants, bars, historical sites, provides amazing views of the City and it's skyline, and our high ceilings.

We have several 3BR condos listed in the surrounding area and several others in another location 6 blocks away so please do inquire even if the dates are blocked. We would love to host you, your family or group.
