Pricing policy: This is a large apartment suitable for large groups but can also be rented for smaller groups. We have set our pricing policy accordingly.

Pricing policy: The property rents for an average price/night. An additional $59.00 per person per night is charged for each additional guest after the 1st guest.

All guests whether staying overnight or not and who are accessing the condo must be included in the reservation for insurance purposes.
