Our place is 2 blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center - located in Philadelphia’s Center City East/Chinatown neighborhood and walking distance to the major historical sites like Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and others. There is limited on street metered parking and a private outdoor lot next door to our building. Rates range from $25-$35/day. Some guests have negotiated overnight stays with in/out privileges.

We have other 3BR condos listed in the same building so please do inquire even if the dates are blocked or if you a in need of additional accommodations for a larger group. We would love to host you, your family or group.

Pricing policy: This is a large apartment suitable for large groups but can also be rented for smaller groups. We have set our pricing policy accordingly.

Pricing policy: The property rents typically for an average of $300.00 for the first two or three people per night. An additional $59.00 per person per night is charged for each additional guest after that. (Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.)

All guests whether staying overnight or not and who are accessing the condo must be included in the reservation for insurance purposes.
