The space
Enjoy ocean views and room to spread out in this three-level townhouse overlooking the ocean and lagoon in Key Largo. The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodations for up to eight guests. Four balconies offer inviting spots for morning coffee, quiet afternoons, and time outdoors, while the multilevel layout provides space to gather and retreat. This spacious waterfront home is a comfortable setting for sharing a relaxed island getaway with family or friends.

Located inside, private, gated Kawama Yacht Club & Marina. With access to:
3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets.

Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking.

We provide Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc...
A golf cart is available.

Restaurants are within walking distance.
