If this unit is not a good fit for you, we have friends with other units and will be glad to share the information with you. We strive to always remember the "Golden Rule." Why they chose this propertyBought this property because of the extensive ocean opportunities, the marina, love for fishing, and the beautiful sanctuary surrounding the property. The bird watching is amazing and the natural preserve that surrounds the property offers lots of wildlife. Please take this incredible opportunity to learn all about the eco system that is threatened by the current climate crisis. Being socially responsible for all trash is important. What makes this property uniqueThe deep water marina is very unique as is the salt water lagoon. The salt water lagoon is a daily infusion from the ocean and is kept fresh and clean with aerators. Thus, there are many species of fish and shellfish to help maintain this unique eco-system. (Keep in mind this is a non-fishing area, though). Key Largo is only a hundred miles from Key West, the "Southern Most Point," in the continental USA. Kawama is frequented by iguanas and endangered white crowned pigeons and other wild life. The coral reef projects are extremely involved in preserving the world's third largest barrier reef found just a few miles offshore.
