The space
Seaside Heights has become the number one affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week. We offer 1 free parking pass plus a off street spot for a small car (additional parking passes may be available) plus up to 6 beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500). Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we do not supply towels in our short-term rentals. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels for their convenience.

Welcome to our new recently redone Beach Condo. Our new spacious (3-level) three bedroom outshines the competition. Family accommodations up to 8-guest: total of 7 beds, three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen, 1-bunkbeds).
Our Rental includes
1. First level: Your private master bedroom, miles away from the other 2-bedooms. With it own private sitting area, bathroom and direct access to the in-ground pool.
2. Second Level: You are greeted with our fully modern open concept Kitchen/Dining room area and Spacious Living room. A great place to enjoy your family and friends. In addition, you have your own private balcony off the living room to enjoy morning moments with your fresh cup of java.
3. Third level: Are your two remaining bedrooms: a total of 4 beds. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has a queen and 1 bunk bed with twin beds. In addition there is also a Washer/Dryer room.
4. Two Parking Spots. (one driveway and one street parking) The driveway parking fits a small car, no suv's) Street parking is with a parking pass not valid on Ocean Ave)
5. Up to 6 Beach badges. (4 adult passes and 2 senior passes)
6. Outdoor showers.
7. Best of all there is an Outdoor Kitchen, picnic table and a propane grill for those nights you wish to stay home. (common use).
All the indoor kitchen essentials you can think of including:

Activities:
North End locality (a much desirer location), we are located minutes (1 +block) to Seaside's best dining, night life and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Café, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill, and our new Drifters rstr with its eclectic offerings awaits your arrival.
At night there are choices galore for the partier. Catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's, get your dancing shoe on and enjoy many of Seaside Heights nightclubs (with free cover charge) or thrill yours self with some of the wildest family rides and amusements.
Not interested in going out? No problem, there is plenty of table space if you choose to stay in for the evening, barbecuing those famous steak (and hamburgers and Hot dogs for the kids) playing a board game, enjoying your favorite cocktails with friends or dabbling in a hand or two of Poker.
And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing by your in-ground pool with friends and love ones or on Seaside's white sandy beaches, take the kids for a full fun day at the Jenkinson's Famous Waterpark or if you like you can always do the traditional sea shore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 20 minute walk).
Other things to note
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term rental agreement.
Security Deposit is held by us via a credit card.
Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 25 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $100 per hour will apply.

Borough of Seaside Heights has imposed a new ordinance effectively prohibiting young adult or prom rentals. The new Ordinance now prohibits groups and young adult rentals from April 15 to June 30 Minimum age is 21. No exceptions. Any guest that reserves that does not meet this criteria will result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of deposit. The quest must stay the duration of the stay or the reservation will be cancelled and no refund.
During April 15 and June 30:
a) Rental agreement is required with all guests’ names and parents’ names and contact information.
b) Guests under 25 require a security person, additional costs will apply to cover additional cost incurred. Charge is $100 per hour
To book this property, guests must have a minimum of three(3) previous stays with five-star reviews. We take pride in maintaining a high-quality experience for all guests and appreciate your understanding of this requirement.

The pool is a shared/common area and its availability may be subject to maintenance, seasonal closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that reservations are not eligible for refunds or compensation due to pool mechanical issues, maintenance, or closures, as these matters are outside the host’s control
