"Black Bear" Beautiful Mountain Chalet, Community Pool/ Beach, Hot Tub, Arcade Game, Gas Grill A very comfy spot indeed, our lovely Black Bear Chalet makes indoor and outdoor living enjoyable for the entire family. Outside, a 27' by 12' deck with a Weber grill and 7 ft. picnic table, hot tub. Inside, an open kitchen, 2 stone front fireplaces, pool table, 59-in-1 arcade game and WiFi. An airy yet cozy loft looks out over the great room inside and the treetops outside and is a perfect spot for some alone time. Wood accents throughout give it a truly “mountain cabin” feel, but with creature comforts like wireless Internet. Close proximity to lake, beach, pool, playground, and Trails Lake and Tennis Club. This property is DOG FRIENDLY.
PLEASE NOTE: The Development only provides 8 visitor wristbands for lake and community pool area access and DOES NOT offer the option to purchase more.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PROM or GRAD Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones.

Pet Policy:
Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 per dog will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
