GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Peloro is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods on Miami Beach –with a prestigious address along Indian Creek Drive. This established residential neighborhood is often regarded as the authentic Miami Beach experience. It is comfortable and relaxed, with a more local mood, and fewer tourists. It is a place where you can feel easily and effortlessly at home.

GETTING AROUND:
All of life's necessities are within walking distance. The residence is also situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and of course, the beach. Bicycling is a viable option as well. For anything else you may need, Uber is most likely the quickest option.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Valet parking is included, in addition to 1 parking permit for guests (does not include overnight).
• If a pet is permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per pet, per stay and an additional refundable pet deposit is required.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit and includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
