This delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the Suissevale community, where you enjoy access to a large shared sandy beach and the inviting waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. The beautiful and spacious beach, with a gazebo, swim area, volleyball court, fishing lagoon, picnic tables, and grills, is just a short walk away - five minutes or less to the beach! The Suissevale clubhouse, located nearby, offers tennis courts, basketball, and a playground.

Inside the chalet you’re greeted by an open concept layout that allows for socializing in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen while engaging in lively conversations with your loved ones. The dining area provides ample space for everyone to gather around and enjoy memorable meals together.

The large deck on the front of the house has plenty of seating and a cozy ambiance and is the perfect spot for outdoor gatherings. Whether you're sipping on your morning coffee or grilling up dinner after a long day on the water, the deck will become your favorite place to unwind. And when the sun sets and the day winds down, the lower level family room becomes the epicenter of evening entertainment. Gather around with your loved ones, play games, watch movies, and create lasting memories.

There are four comfortable bedrooms to choose from. On the main level, one bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the other holds two cozy twin beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the main level accommodations. On the lower level two more bedrooms await, one holds a full-sized bed while the other can be configured with two twin beds or transformed into a king-sized bed. A full bath with a tub is available for your pampering needs. You'll find a convenient laundry room just off the entertainment room.

*Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent linens, the fee is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State's Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
