This outstanding 3000 sq. ft. property features 4 bedrooms (including a large primary bedroom suite on the first floor) and 3 bathrooms in the main house. Tucked away in the separate guest house is two queen beds and a twin sofa bed, and yet another full bathroom. What a sanctuary for late-night whispered secrets!

This lake home has all the comforts of modern living, including internet, cable, washer/dryer upstairs and downstairs, and updated appliances in the kitchen. There is a brand-new water filtration system, 4-zone A/C in the main house and a split A/C unit in the guest house.

The property features a large sand beach and southwest exposure to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the dock. There are two single kayaks, one double kayak and two paddle boards waiting your enjoyment! There is also a public boat launch about 100 yards from the property for very easy access to launch your boat. If you plan to rent a boat, there are several marinas in the area! Note, the owner's boat will remain on the dock (beach side), but available docking will accommodate two 30' boats. The owner's boat is not for guest use, none of the boats shown in the photo are available with the rental. An Aquaglide Bouncer Raft has been installed off the private dock and is available for guest use!

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $180 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
