The beautiful and spacious beach, with a gazebo, swim area, volleyball court, fishing lagoon, picnic tables, and grills, is just a short drive away - just a half mile to the beach! The Suissevale clubhouse, located nearby, offers tennis courts, basketball, and a playground.

Discover your ideal retreat in this home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a spacious sleeping loft for extra comfort. The open-concept design seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas on the main level, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy the best of outdoor living on the expansive deck, conveniently located off the main living area. Whether you're savoring a delicious meal cooked on the gas grill or stargazing on the cozy couch, this space offers the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

Inside, there is a large family room on the lower level, providing ample space for entertainment and gatherings. Modern conveniences abound, including Wi-Fi connectivity, and Wi-Fi-enabled TVs for your entertainment needs. Practical amenities like a washer/dryer ensure a hassle-free stay, while ceiling fans and wall fans enhance your comfort. With generous parking space available for both cars and water toys (3 parking spaces) you have the freedom to explore and enjoy the surrounding area to the fullest.

PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.

If you would like to rent linens for this property the cost is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made, the fee is $8 per bed.
