Beachfront living at its best! The beautiful second-floor corner unit extends from the serene wildlife estuary reserve on the east to amazing unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean on the west. The unit is fully furnished, but the photos do not include bedrooms and other furniture delivered before the photos were taken. The kitchen and bedrooms are fully stocked. The open floor plan features a west-facing "L" shaped balcony, abundant natural light in the living room/dining area, a spacious kitchen, walk-in closets, a full-size washer, and a dryer. The unit has two assigned parking spaces in the building's covered garage, and there is plenty of street parking. Imperial Beach has a unique beach town vibe, new restaurants, coffee houses, farmer's market, breweries, resorts, and sunsets. It is close to the Naval Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) and North Island in Coronado.
