Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patios, decks and outside areas.

This home is not equipped with A/C, it is equipped with ceiling fans in each room.

This home sits within a condominium complex and you have neighbors surrounding you. Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule. All our properties are equipped with noise monitors and will notify us if there is excessive noise at any home.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
