This house, built in 2006, enjoys approximately 2600 sq ft of spacious, beautifully furnished, air conditioned living space. Master bedroom has a king size bed + LCD TV, adjoining en-suite master bath features oversized Jacuzzi tub and walk through double shower. Second bedroom with queen bed + LCD TV and en-suite bath. Third & fourth bedrooms have twin beds, TVs and a bath to share. Great room with huge 52" cable TV and theatre surround sound + DVD + CD. Den with high speed internet access, dining area, fully equipped kitchen + breakfast nook. The pool area features a summer kitchen to test your BBQ skills! Enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool or soak it up in the spa. Pool and spa are both heated. Relax and watch the fabulous Florida sunsets from the large dock area extending 30 feet out over the water complete with Tiki Hut.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
