About this space

A true home, away from home! Welcome to Casa Annalynn, a beautiful SW Cape Coral gem that is not short of upgrades. Stylish and upscale 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. Lucious landscaping to give you that tropical florida feel whilst enjoying the upscale furnishings inside. Bedrooms are set up as King bed in the master, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and the last bedroom with a full size bed. Enough space to fit the entire family. All bedrooms but 1 have televisions and a large Flatscreen is located in the living room. Kitchen and bathrooms are all upgraded with granite counters and high end cabinetry. Come and relax at this upscale beauty with an electric heated pool. The patio features a built in BBQ Grill and TV outside so that you can enjoy your favorite sports whilst sitting under the s prime locations are only minutes away from this home.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 4 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
